Report Organizer
The Report Organizer interface offers one central place to manage the entire reporting process, including all the different report templates you have created. It works like a Windows folder system (i.e. Windows Explorer). You can create folders, name them whatever you want and organize them however you wish.
From within this tool, you can also access, administer and distribute your reports. You can:
- set up schedules for report execution
- view the status of reporting schedules that are started
- access the Advanced Report Builder to create new report definitions (templates)
- execute individual reports
- and much more
This gives you a better overview of the reports that are created and distributed throughout your organization and offers you a way to create and distribute (or publish to a network or web-server)multiple reports (via an Excel workbook) in a single operation.
