Description
Here you see a dashboard designed a primary focus on key figures (KPIs). The map is a picture of the world, and each “traffic light” represents a subsidiary location. The color of the traffic lights changes from green to yellow to red, depending on the actual to target (budget) variance. The gauge and the bar chart at the bottom also changes as the users select a new KPI in the left window pane. The simulation slider in the lower left corner provides the user with what-if (in this case, a percent increase/decrease) analysis on each KPI.
Management Value
This example shows a visually pleasing graphical layout where a manager immediately can see how each location is performing for each of the company's key indicators, and the what-if analysis quickly shows which location will be “in trouble” first if a KPI changes.
